HITSS provides responsive and timely Customer Support, anticipating
issues, concerns, and problems and preemptively initiating resolutions
in concert with our customer's needs. Our team develops and disseminates
information on available services and technologies, system outages, new
initiatives, etc.; and provides after-hours emergency support. More
importantly, our team understands the evolving information and IT
requirements of our customers;
