The HITSS Project Management team provides a single point of contact for
each NASA Headquarters organization. Project Managers work with
customers to define requirements and resources for strategic and
tactical projects for NASA Headquarters and agency wide. Our team works
closely with the NASA IT Points of Contact and NASA Task Order managers
and keeps them apprised of HITSS and NASA activities.
HITSS Project Managers provide:
- Service Request and Task Order initiation and oversight
- End-to-end HITSS service monitoring, coordination, integration, and escalation
- Technical, cost, schedule, and satisfaction oversight, assessment, and reporting
