The Quality Assurance team provides quality assurance, configuration
management, safety and reliability oversight as well as risk management,
metric tracking and reporting, and ISO compliance support to the HITSS
contract. The team ensures that HITSS products and deliverables are in
compliance with the contractual requirements set forth by NASA and that
all services meet or exceed HITSS' quality standards.
The Quality Assurance team supports all HITSS elements and activities
and ensures that we provide only the highest quality products and
services.
